Most people don't realize how much they've adapted around their back pain until they finally feel normal again.

What starts as occasional tightness after a workout, soreness after a round of golf, or stiffness getting out of bed slowly turns into something bigger.

And while most people are told to stretch more, rest, or “just manage it,” the real problem usually keeps building underneath: poor hip mobility, limited rotation, weak core stability, and movement patterns that overload the spine every single skate.

What You Get Inside The Guide

  • Why back pain is often a compensation problem, not simply a back problem

  • The surprising role your hips and glutes play in back pain

  • Why stretching often provides temporary relief but rarely solves the underlying issue

  • Common mistakes that unintentionally keep back pain going

  • Why stress, poor sleep, and recovery habits can increase pain sensitivity

  • How to start identifying what may actually be driving your symptoms

Who Is It For

This guide is for you if:

  • You're tired of recurring back pain that keeps coming back.

  • You feel stiff, tight, or sore after sitting, working out, golfing, running, or playing sports.

  • You've tried stretches, chiropractic care, massage, or other treatments without lasting success.

  • You want to understand why your pain keeps returning instead of chasing temporary relief.

Testimonials

After a year of wrist pain, doctor visits and worsening symptoms I reached out to Dr. Sarah for help. I appreciated that from the start she worked with me to create a detailed plan of how we would address my wrist pain. With a plan in place we started to attack the problem and within a few weeks the pain was subsiding and the strength in my wrist and hand was coming back. I’m now 2 months into treatment and I have full use of my hand and my wrist continues to get better. My only regret was waiting as long as I did to get things looked at.

Sarah has been invaluable in helping me work on building strength and mobility to better perform in the gym and feel better in everyday life. I initially sought out Sarah for neck pain, and she has helped me understand and fix strength imbalances and mobility restrictions that have created the neck pain and so many other undetected issues. I’ve come so far and Sarah has done so much to help me feel better and progress! Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and has so many tools (needling, cupping, soft tissue work, assisted stretching, exercises, etc) to get to the root of your issue and help you feel your best. A true expert and awesome person. 11/10 recommend. Go see Sarah!

10 stars! After years of trying various treatments—PT, chiropractic, acupuncture, routine massages, inversion table, orthopedic injections—I had nearly given up on using my shoulder due to chronic pain and poor sleep. I stopped rowing and lifting overhead entirely. But within just two months of working with Sarah, I'm back to all of my activities, with significantly reduced neck, shoulder, and scapular pain, and fewer headaches.Sarah is hands-down the best PT I’ve seen. She’s approachable, kind, and naturally puts people at ease. She began with a thorough clinical assessment and truly tailors treatment to the individual. Her sessions are comprehensive and hands-on, combining dry needling, cupping, and the most effective deep tissue work I’ve experienced. She even identifies and treats issues I wasn’t aware were contributing to my pain.( THE BEST MASSAGE EVER!).Highly recommend !
